Tempus is building the most important blocks of DeFi and Web3 in a way that’s scalable and accessible to all. In March 2021, Tempus launched its first product, a fixed income protocol. The newest Tempus product, a novel money market protocol, will be launching soon on StarkNet. We have previously raised more than $30 million in funding, and are supported by Lemniscap, Jump Capital, Distributed Global, GSR, Wintermute, Tomahawk.VC and others.
What We’re Looking For:
As a Community Manager, you will be trusted with growing and supporting our community members across all relevant channels. This includes Tempus’ social media, as well as product-focused accounts.
You will interact with other community members and find ways to engage them continuously.
The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, organized and adaptive with outstanding communication skills, someone who will be the voice of the community.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. We have a preference for working in EU time zones.
Managing and growing global communities across our social channels, including Discord, Twitter, Medium, YouTube, Telegram and LinkedIn (and others are required)
Monitoring and reporting on community growth and engagement
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategies
Creating engaging text, image and video content
Responding to the community in a timely manner
Coordinating with our marketing and product teams to keep our community updated on our latest products and features
Identifying and engaging with influencers and ambassadors
Prior experience as community manager (crypto / DeFi) - 3+ years
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Experience with community chat platforms and channels
Great organizational skills
Excellent marketing and community strategy skills
Ability to operate and work effectively in a remote setting
Content creation and edition experience will be a plus
