Responsibilities:
On-board high-value collections and collectors through NFT profiles
Partner with brands for first-time NFT issuance: gaming companies, sports teams, music labels, etc.
Partner with tech providers for funding and channel growth: layer 1’s, marketplaces, wallets, custodians, etc.
Iterate sales decks and processes
Monitoring KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing to identify and implement recommendations for improvement in the areas of efficiency, tools, and productivity
Ownership for the entire business development life-cycle
You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities:
Proven experience as a sales leader in the web3 space - developing solutions and driving pipelines
You have successfully developed, iterated, tested, and scaled sales processes
Natural collaborator - ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with engineering, product, marketing, etc.
High-level knowledge of different technology disciplines (i.e. DevOps, Security, Data Analytics)
Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management
Extensive experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
A team-player mentality - development is a team sport here
